Service

Plan B Sleep Consulting agrees to provide sleep consulting services (“Services”) to the buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Plan B Sleep Consulting is a professional consulting service that supports parents and caregivers whose children are experiencing sleep difficulties or challenges establishing a consistent routine.

As part of the consultation process, Plan B Sleep Consulting will assess the relationship between the child’s sleep behaviours and potential contributing factors. Areas addressed may include sleep environment, age-appropriate routines, family dynamics, dietary influences, sleep associations, and settling techniques.

No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment will be provided. Where appropriate, Plan B Sleep Consulting may recommend referral to other qualified professionals such as a lactation consultant, nutritionists, or general practitioner.

Payment Terms

The buyer agrees to pay the full price of the selected service, whether a Phone consultation, FaceTime consultation, Email consultation, In-home consultation, Rapid Routine, or Recharge consultation in full and prior to the commencement of services.

Plan B Sleep Consulting will forward to the buyer an invoice, and the invoice shall be paid within the time frame requested of receipt and prior to any services being provided. Payment will be by direct deposit into Plan B Sleep Consulting’s nominated bank account.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that all amounts paid to Plan B Sleep Consulting are strictly non-refundable, including in the event of a change of mind or decision not to proceed or continue with the consultation. The buyer further understands and accepts that, despite the best efforts and professional guidance of Plan B Sleep Consulting, outcomes may vary and the child’s sleep habits may not change as a result of the consultation.

Plan B Sleep Consulting reserves the right to suspend or dissolve the package if these payment terms or any other terms of this Agreement are not adhered to.

Privacy Statement

Both parties agree that all information shared under this Agreement is strictly confidential. Neither party shall use, copy, adapt, alter, or disclose any such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other, except as required by law.
